Design & Build

Step 1

BWC undertakes an appraisal and prepares a program with proposals and cost estimates

Step 2

BWC will appoint consultants that may be required i.e. Architects, Interior Designers, Quantity Surveyors, Structural Engineers, M&E Surveyors etc.

Step 3

BWC will prepare and submit the Planning and Building Regulation Applications to the relevant councils.

Based on the clients deisgns and requirements, BWC will provide a detailed construction cost estimate to complete the project.

Step 4

BWC will instruct a dedicated Project Manager to monitor the entire project/scheme from Day one to project completion.

Step 5

BWC will get the project completed On Time and On Budget.

BWCs’ hand over key service includes everything from the initial site survey,design, assisting the client with planning permission and build. At the point of your project completion, your dedicated project manager will inspect all of the completed works with yourself for total satisfaction. You will be hand given all the relevant documents and information such as warranties and appliance manuals that will show you how to work everything in your newly refurbished home.
